ONKYMIX The Onkymix was developed for dental gypsum but can be used for other powders and purposes as well. It is a fully automatic machine for feeding water and gypsum in bowl, mixing and CIP (cleaning in place) The machine comprises the following systems - storage bin for gypsum, contents approx. 50 kg - dosing system for gypsum with high accuracy - water dosing valves - carriage with weighing scale for bowl and cleaning container - vacuum system - cleaning container with bottom valve to clean the parts after mixing - mixer with adjustable speed - pneumatic cylinders - control system with solenoids - lift to move mixer up and down - PLC for automatic sequence of movements and actions - Weighing computer to adjust and store mix recipes - Safety provisions such as door and safety switches - Frame The machine is built from stainless steel, aluminium and plastic components. For use of bowls from 1 to 5 liters. Capacity between 15 and 25 bowls per hour depending on bowl volume. The Onkymix makes mixing easy with just one push on the button! |
